Are you engineers?
No. We are not engineers and do not provide structural certification, code compliance, or official sign-off. We provide independent observational reporting and recommend licensed professionals when technical evaluations or repairs are required.
How often are site visits?
Visits are typically conducted monthly or quarterly, depending on the building portfolio needs and the risk profile of the assets.
What does a report look like?
